On Sunday 5th November Peter joined County, District and Parish Councillor for Glenfield Nick Chapman to hear what local issues are important to the village.
The wide ranging meeting covered issues from speeding, anti-social behaviour to the pending golf course application by Leicester City Council.
Speaking after the discussion Peter said
I would like to thank Nick for all the hard work he does in village. I am particularly concerned about the pending golf course application, but its great to see that residents have the full support of local Conservative Councillors. The impact on village life could be massive and I very much hope the City Council rethinks its proposals given the impact on the natural environment.
