On Saturday 30th September Peter joined Dr Luke Evans MP, and County Councillor Ozzy O'Shea, in the Church Rooms for Ratby Scarecrow Festival.
The festival, organised by 'Rooting for Ratby' community group, is set to be attended by hundreds of villagers and raised over a thousand pounds in 2022.
Profits from this years event will go towards inclusive play equipment in the village.
Speaking at the event Peter said
It's great to see how much good community groups like 'Rooting for Ratby' do. I would like to thank the volunteers for making this event possible and for raising money for such a worthy cause!
